Carolyn Greco was named the CCAA Defender of the Year for her defensive prowess on the field this season for the Sonoma State women's soccer team. Greco's and Osmundson's NSCAA All-America accomplishments will be recognized at the NSCAA convention on Jan. 16 in Baltimore, Md.

The Sonoma State women's basketball team jumped out to a 6-2 lead early on, but visiting UC San Diego answered with a 21-3 run over the next 10 minutes and didn't look back as the Seawolves suffered an 85-52 defeat to the Tritons on Dec. 2 at The Wolves' Den.
